🆕 New features
1. 360 Input Releases:
The new 360 Inputs tab now has a few new tools in its belt:
AI-generated descriptions for files, making it easier to understand file content.
✨ Improvements
1. Form Builders (Input, Survey, Proposal):
Drag and drop fields anywhere in the form for faster layout in surveys, input forms, and proposal forms.
Edit and remove previously locked question types and pages, except for the title question (which cannot be deleted). You can now also move the title question around and edit description, pages, and image questions.
Configure character limits for title control, short answer, and long answer fields.
2. Survey Experience (Mobile):
Prevent accidental submissions by allowing users to press "next" only after scrolling down the page, ensuring they see all questions before moving on.
3. Project Tabs:
The Access Rights tab is now renamed to Phase Access and User Data, redesigned for clarity:
User Data Collection: Controls anonymity settings.
Demographic Questions: Controls demographic questions asked in the survey or before participating.
Export your project participants easily in the new Audience tab
Phase and project settings have been restructured to make them less confusing, with project settings now moved to the new General tab.
4. Navigation Bar:
Overflow items now appear in a More dropdown for easier navigation.
Create, edit, and display folders in the navigation bar: Go to Pages & Menu > Add project or folder to Navbar.
5. Content Builder:
Attach files to your project page with the File Attachment Widget in the content builder.
Drop other widgets (images, attachments, buttons, etc.) into the accordion body to fully customize your accordion.
6. Voting Phases:
Encourage users to use a minimum number of votes with the new setting for voting phases - Minimum # Selected Options
7. Reports:
The phase/project report template now includes all questions (including text questions) together with the first AI insight, if available.
