What is 360 input?

360 Input is GoVocal’s central hub for all your project files. It allows you to collect, organize and manage any type of file directly within your project, keeping everything in one place as your work progresses through the different phases.

Once uploaded, files can also be referenced as downloadable attachments in your project or phase descriptions, making it simple for end-users to access relevant information at every step.

How to manage files using 360 input?

Uploading files

There are 2 ways to upload files to the 360 input:

  • You add them directly in your phase description, they will also automatically be added to the 360 input files. To do this navigate to ‘Your phase’ → ‘Setup’ → scroll down and ‘Upload attachments’

  • You add them directly in your 360 input where you can later reference them in project or phase descriptions. To do this navigate to ‘Your Project’ → ‘360 input’ tab → ‘Upload files’

Editing or removing files

  1. Navigate to ‘your project’

  2. Go to ‘360 input’ tab

  3. Select the file you want to edit/remove

Organising files with Categories

When uploading a file, you can assign it to a category.

This is especially useful when bulk-uploading or when you are managing many files in one project, as it helps you keep files organized for later referencing.

Extra information on file uploads

  • Previews: Common file types will display a preview, but not all formats are supported. You can preview your files by navigating to the 360 input tab and clicking on the file you wish to preview.

  • Description: If applicable, our AI will automatically create a short summary of your file. You can find this by navigating to the 360 input tab and clicking on the file you wish to see the description of.

  • Audio Transcript: when uploading audio files, such as mp3, the AI will auto-generate a transcript from the file

Limitations on file uploads:

  • Supported formats: All file types are accepted.

  • Bulk upload limit: Up to 35 files at a time. For more, repeat the upload in batches.

  • File size limit: 50 MB per file

  • No total limit: You can upload as many files as needed.

  • Folder uploads: When adding a file to a folder it will not be in the 360 input tab of any project

  • Reports are not considered files in 360 input, you can manually download and upload them if wanted

Using 360 input with AI sensemaking

When working with AI Sensemaking, you can attach files from the 360 input to give the AI more context.

These files help improve analysis, making summaries and answers more accurate and relevant.

How can you add files to AI sensemaking for extra context?

  1. Navigate to the AI analysis tool

  2. Click ‘Attach files’ in the top right

  3. Select the files you want to add as context

Limitations:

  • When adding files as context that are too big or too many, the AI might not be able to analyze everything as expected. Therefore we suggest using the right files for the right purpose and keep it as concise as possible

  • You can’t use AI sensemaking exclusively on a file without any inputs in the phase (for example, using AI summaries, or AI tagging on a document is not possible)
