What is Konveio and how does it integrate with govocal?
Konveio enables in-document commenting, allowing stakeholders to leave feedback directly within embedded PDFs.
Integration is available as an add-on feature (not included in all plans).
One Konveio PDF can be embedded per phase.
Contact your Government Success Manager to enable this feature and create a Konveio account.

How to embed a Konveio document in a project phase?
Upload and configure the document in Konveio
Generate the embed code from your Konveio dashboard.
Clean the embed code
Remove the
<iframe ... src="at the start.Remove everything after the URL (starting with
frameborder=).Result should be a clean embed link.
Set up your project phase
Go to your project in Go Vocal.
In phase settings, choose “Collect feedback on a document” as the participation method.
Paste your cleaned Konveio embed link in the designated field.
Configure access rights
Go to the Access Rights tab.
Define who can see or comment on the document.
Preview the result
Save changes and preview the project.
Make sure the document appears correctly and that comments can be added.
How to access feedback from a Konveio document?
After the phase closes, visit your Konveio dashboard to:
View a summary of feedback
Download raw participation data
How to keep Konveio documents visible after the phase ends?
Open the project settings and go to the “Description” tab.
Turn on “Use Content Builder for description”.
Use the embed widget to paste the same cleaned Konveio embed link into the description.
In your Konveio account settings, enable:
Archived: commenting closed, comments visible
Save changes. Your document will now remain visible with comments but without active participation
