When you are on the dashboard section of your platform there is a tab called "Visitors". In this tab you can find a high-level overview of the traffic on your platform, catching following metrics:
Total amount of visitors: In this section you can find information about the total amount of visitors, their visit duration and the amount of pages they view.
Traffic sources: In this section you can find the sources of where your visitors came from before entering the platform.
Registrations: In this section you see the total amount of registrations, combined with the rate at which unregistered users are registering.
Participants: In this section you can find the total amount of participants on your platform, engaging with one or multiple of your projects.
Language: In this section you can see the language diversity of your platform usage.
Visitor types: In this section you can see what type of visitors are visiting the platform, new users versus returning visitors.
*Remark: For some of this data we need users to accept cookies, therefore adding up all of the metrics might give confusion results, as not all users accept cookies.
Who has access to the Visitor Dashboard?
Only Admins of the platform have access to the tag "dashboard" and are able to see this data. Project managers and Folder managers do not have access to this tab. Within their project they will be able to access other types of demographic data about their participants (but not visitors) in the "participants" tab within the project.
How to get access to Visitor data on a project level
Currently visitor data on the dashboard is only platform wide, it is currently not possible to filter visitor data on 1 specific project. However the support team has this data in the data base and can provide it for you. Use the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your platform to request this data.
Project level tracking
In addition to the admin-only dashboard, you can also view visitor traffic at the individual project level. To access this:
Navigate to the project you're interested in.
Click on the Traffic tab located in the top panel (see image below).
This tab provides detailed insights into the traffic specific to that project.
