What are onboarding tours?

The product onboarding tours help new users quickly become familiar with the platform’s key features by offering an interactive tutorial through the backoffice of the platform.

We have two onboarding tours: one for Platform Admins and one for Project Managers.

What is covered in the onboarding tours?

Platform Admin Tour – 8 sections:

  1. Get to know the platform

  2. Define your registration questions

  3. How to set up a project

How to access the onboarding tours?

  1. Open your platform dashboard.

  2. Find the Chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Click Tasks.

  4. Choose the Platform Admin tour.

How to troubleshoot issues with the onboarding tours?

  1. Refresh the page if a tour doesn’t trigger or gets stuck.

  2. If the issue continues, contact support. Our support team will review your tour settings and resolve the issue.
